Seng Seng Cafe

I had been craving snow ice and so we ended up here after seeing the good reviews. It definitely hit the spot! We ordered the mountain size snow ice which comes with 2 toppings. We did mixed fruit jelly and mango boba and topped off with condensed milk. The toppings were a generous portion and tasted so good! Service was excellent! They also have boba teas, snacks and more.

My favorite boba shop! There may be complaints about the smell, but I believe that’s an issue with the building before they even opened up their shop here. They do try their best to mask it, and lately it’s been smelling better. Aside from that, it’s a very lovely cafe, very clean from the front to the bathrooms. The staff are also very sweet, generous, and accommodating. They added plug adapters by the table to allow more than 2 plugs to be used. On my final year of college, I had to cram for a long major essay and only had a week to finish it. They’re the only cafe I knew of that was close by that closed late (10-11PM) and also had outlets I could use for multiple chargers. They didn’t mind me staying at their cafe as a non-customer to finish my paper 4 days in a row. On one of the days I was there, the staff showed concern for me after being there for 6 hours, noticing I didn’t have anything to drink and brought me water. The staff are not only kind, but the tea, snow ice, and Cajun fries are very delicious and always freshly made!

My favorite boba place EVER! No other tea shops or chains can compare. I desperately wish there was one in sugarland. I’d go more often if I could.

I've been coming to this location for about 4 years now. You really can't go wrong with anything that they serve. The milk tea is full-bodied and flavorful while still being creamy and you can adjust the sweetness to your preferred taste. The food is all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the popcorn chicken and the egg rolls. I'm pretty sure that the popcorn chicken might be the best popcorn chicken in all of Houston. Almost forgot. The sesame red bean balls are also incredible. If you're somebody who doesn't like super sweet desserts they are the perfect sweet treat. Crispy nutty outside and a creamy red bean filling

I went tonight to celebrate my work anniversary with my children. The girls love this spot and the customer service was outstanding. I wasn’t able to get the young man’s name that assisted us but I truly do appreciate his input and guidance with our order. The games actually work and my girls won Kuromi’s. My children and I left happy and with great tasting drinks. Thank you!

Drinks are always great! My fave are the avocado and mango cream blend with cheese foam and boba! The popcorn chicken is a must try! I love this place. My fave boba spot in the area.

Seng Seng Cafe is a good stop for snacks and boba. I really enjoyed the fried squid balls. Service was fine. They even have a rewards program.

Pretty good for afternoon snack and drinks with friends. I ordered pineapple green tea with green apple jelly. It was hard to suck them through the thick straw. But the taste was pretty good. I had no sugar. It was already sweet.
